Carrot salad with basil and nuts

450 g carrots

? glass pine nuts

2 Art. l. chopped fresh basil

1.5 h. l. olive oil

? h. l. 1. lemon juice

? h. l. salt

1 pinch of black pepper

Dry nuts in the pan for 5 minutes, remove from heat.

Carrots clean, rub, for half a minute dipped in boiling water, get, rinse under cold running water.

Combine carrots with nuts, lemon juice, oil, basil, salt the pepper, stir and serve carrot salad with basil and nuts to the table.
