Carrot salad with glazed walnuts
300-350 g carrots
1,5 Cup water
1/4 Cup chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds etc)
1/4 Cup honey
2 tbsp. feta
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Carrots clean, cut them into circles.
Put the carrots in a saucepan, add water, honey, mustard, stir and cook until thick.
Nuts fry, feta crumble.
Combine all ingredients and serve carrot salad with walnuts glazed to the table.
