16 PCs carrots small

1 tbsp. butter

1 tbsp. honey

2 tbsp. sesame seeds

ground black pepper, salt to taste

The blanch carrots in boiling salted water for 4 minutes, drain and fry in hot oil for 2 minutes. Add the honey, salt, pepper and stir, cook carrots until then, until it is covered on all sides with honey.

Prepared carrots, sprinkle with sesame seeds and stir.
