Dessert Khalifa
150 g puff pastry
4 on ball pistachio, vanilla and hazelnut ice cream
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. sesame
1 tbsp. honey
ground cinnamon
Fry in a dry pan sesame seeds, add a little cinnamon and honey.
Roll out the dough into 4 cakes with a diameter of 12-14 cm, fry the cakes on both sides in vegetable oil, allow to cool.
Lubricate the finished cakes of sesame and honey mixture, and put on them the balls of ice cream, sprinkle dessert Khalifa cinnamon.
