Stewed with honey and prunes carrots

6-7 fruits prunes

2 carrots

2 tbsp. honey

2 tbsp. milk

1 tbsp. raisins

Carrot peel, cut into small cubes, pour milk, add a little butter, put out until soft.

Add to carrots prunes and honey, put all until cooked.

Served stewed with honey and prunes carrots hot or cold.
