Meat stew with honey and prunes
800 g meat
90 g fat
50 g onion
150 g dried pitted prunes
100 g honey
1 Art. l. tomato puree, spices to taste
Wash and chop the meat portions, fry in 30 g fat, add to the skillet. Add to the meat browned onion, tomato puree and washed prunes. Simmer over low heat until tender. Five minutes before removing from heat, add honey and spices.
