Meat stewed with honey and prunes
800 g meat
90 g fat
50 g Luke
150 g dried prunes, pitted
100 g honey
1 tbsp. tomato puree, spices to taste
Wash and cut portions of meat, fry in 30 g of fat, add to the skillet. Add to the meat browned onion, tomato puree and washed prunes. Simmer on a slow fire until tender. Five minutes before removing from heat, add honey and spices.
