350 g Sugar - 300

Prepared prunes immersed in a colander or wire basket in boiling water. Once the peel begins to burst, prunes removed, shift into cold water and peel with a knife. Laid out on glass or cans, quickly pour the hot fill, banks closed, set in sterilizing tank with hot water and sterilized. Sterilization time is the same as in the previous case.
