half of the crude prunes
1 l water
400 g sugar
Prepared prunes cut with a knife stainless steel in the transverse or longitudinal halves, remove the seeds, stack (plane cut down) glass or cans and pour hot filling. Banks closed, set in the sterilization tank with hot water and sterilized, as in the previous case.
