Carrots with horseradish
Day snacks will need: 3-4 carrots, 2-3 horseradish, 80 g of vinegar, sugar, salt to taste
Purified carrots rubbed on a coarse grater, mixed with grated horseradish and add salt, sugar, vinegar diluted. All is well mixed.
Served to boiled, fried, cold beef cutlets.
