Christmas salad "Gostiny Dvor"

300 g mushrooms

100 g cheese

3 eggs

2 cucumber

1 onions

1 carrots

1 glass boiled rice

1 packaging crab sticks

Finely chop the onion, fry in vegetable oil, add the chopped mushrooms, grated carrots and simmer, adding some salt to the evaporation of the liquid, allow to cool.

On the dish for new year's salads to put a layer of rice, spread it with mayonnaise, then put a layer of fried mushrooms with onions and carrots, to spread with mayonnaise, the next layer - sliced crab sticks, again mayonnaise, then layers of chopped boiled eggs, grated cheese and mayonnaise.

The last layer put chopped cucumbers, cover with mayonnaise.
