This new year's salad - perfect for a Christmas table 2011, after coming year of the rabbit! This Christmas salad will become a real decoration of the table and that will attract visitors.

Eggs boil until tender, finely chop together with crab sticks, combine the rice, mayonnaise, mix well.

Put Christmas salad "Rabbit" on the dish and give it the shape of a rabbit, to make ears from pieces of sausage, eyes of cooked beetroot and olives, eyebrows and nose, too, from olives.
