New Year's salad "Bullfinch"

250 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show

50 g cheese

3 gherkin

3 eggs

1 Bank of pink salmon

1 small onions

? sweet red pepper

1/3 jars of olives

dill

This very elegant New Year's salad, no doubt, perfectly decorate the Christmas table.

Make a stencil, put it in a dish, which will be posted on the salad and outline a pencil.

The first layer put mashed or chopped fish with chopped onions, mayonnaise, 2 layer - chopped pickles, mayonnaise, 3 layer - grated 2 eggs with mayonnaise, 4 layer - grated cheese and mayonnaise.

Put black olives, halved, finely chopped pepper, put the breast bullfinch, finely grate the protein, sprinkle them remaining surface salad, make a sprig of greenery.

Before serving remove the New Year's table salad "Bullfinch" in the cold.
