Pancake pie with foie herring

400 g cheese

200 g Herring

5-10 pancakes

2 pickles

1-2 boiled potatoes

mayonnaise

Connect cucumbers with potatoes, herring and half of the cheese, minced in a meat grinder or food processor, adding a lot of mayonnaise.

Stack of pancakes on each other, lubricating cooked paste.

Sprinkle the cake on top of the remaining half of grated cheese, bake a cake pancake with foie herring in the microwave or oven.
