Sandwich cake with mackerel and beetroot

2 PCs smoked mackerel

1 layer all white bread or rye bread

2 pickled cucumber

2 boiled eggs

1 cooked beets

6 tbsp. butter

Mackerel cut into fillet and cut it into thin plastics.
