A snack of bananas under ham

250 g sour cream

40 g horseradish root

8 wide plastics ham

2 banana

1 tsp. sugar

lemon juice

salt

This is unusual, but easy to prepare Christmas appetizer perfectly decorate the Christmas table.

Grate the horseradish root on a fine grater, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, add sugar.

Sour cream whip, combine the horseradish and mix.

Coat the ham cooked sauce, lay on each plastic on the fourth part of the banana, roll into a roll.
