Appetizer of stuffed loaf
1 loaf
1 carrot
1 onion
100 g ham
70 g sour cream
pepper
Salt to taste
1. Baton cut in half lengthwise. From the lower half to get the pulp to obtain a product in the form of boat.
2. Peel and chop the onion. Carrot Wash, peel and cut into small cubes. Put in a preheated pan with vegetable oil and fry until soft.
3. Vegetables cool and put in a bowl. Ham cut into small cubes, add to vegetables, salt and pepper.
4. Mix everything, fill the resulting stuffed "boat of the stick" and smooth surface.
5. Pour over vegetables and ham sour cream, cover with other half loaf and put the product in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Cut the roll pieces, put on a plate and serve.
