Sandwich-roll with cheese
Ingredients:
1 pcs. loaf of baguette
600 g processed cheese soft
125 g liquid cream
10 pcs. bezk olives pitted
2 pcs. pickled cucumbers
1 pcs. sweet red pepper
1 dill - beam
3 Art. l. capers
1/4 h. l. ground black pepper
1/4 h. l. ground red pepper
salt
Whip cream cheese until smooth, add chopped cucumber, dill and sweet peppers, capers, salt, black and red pepper. Mix well.
Baton cut in half lengthwise, remove the pulp. Halves loaf tightly fill with cheese mass, the lower half in the center of the entire length of putting olives, then cover with the second half and press firmly.
Stuffed loaf wrapped in plastic wrap and let stand in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Before serving, cut crosswise into slices and arrange on a platter.
