Sandwich-roll with meat

Ingredients:

1 pcs. loaf

150 g butter

1 Art. l. chopped onion

100 g ham

1 pcs. pickled cucumber

40 g gooseberry

ground black pepper, salt

Baton cut in half lengthwise and remove the crumb so that there is a crust thickness of 1 cm.

Whipped butter with chopped ham, connect, gooseberries, diced cucumber, onion and crumb.

The resulting mass fill half a loaf, connect them and press firmly together. Then wrap with cling film and soak in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

When submitting cut into thin slices.
