Stuffed Chinese cabbage
What you need:

1 head Chinese cabbage
half a sweet red, yellow and green pepper
200 g cream cheese
200 g cheese
100 g black olives, pitted
1 garlic clove
Garlic, peel and chop. Cheese mash with cream cheese and garlic into a homogeneous mass. Wash the peppers, remove the core and cut the pineapple flesh into small cubes. Olives cut into circles, add to the cheese and mix thoroughly.
Rinse the cabbage, cut lengthwise into two halves. Put each slice down and gently bending the sheets, put a thin layer of the filling.

Tip:
