Canape with cucumber and chicken pate
24 cracker
3 pickles
6 tomatoes
250 g chicken pate
5 boiled eggs
12 olives, pitted
parsley, dill or basil
Finely chopped pickles and mix them with chicken pate.
Tomatoes and eggs cut into circles, and olives cut in half.
Each cracker spread with paste, put a circle eggs, then tomatoes, olives and the top half.
Before serving, arrange sprigs of greenery.
