Boil chicken breast, adding water onion, carrot and bay leaf.
Separately boil hard boiled egg.
Chicken broth to flavor soy sauce, pepper and salt, add the lemon juice.
Pour cold water gelatin according to instructions, then dilute it in chicken broth and lemon juice and bring to a boil without boiling.
Put capers in the form of ice, pour the broth with lemon gelatin, remove to solidify in the cold.
Apple and egg clean, grind in a blender along with the breast (remove bone), tomato, cheese and boiled carrots, add mayonnaise and spices, stir and remove cold.
