Salad "Crystal"
5 eggs boiled
5 potatoes boiled
2-3 pickles
1-2 bulbs
1 chicken fillet
mayonnaise

For the jelly:
4 Cup water
1 clove garlic
1 Bay leaf
3 tbsp. gelatin
peppercorn
salt
Finely chop the onion, marinate in water mixed with vinegar.
The chicken boil, adding peppercorn, salt, Bay leaf, clove of garlic, passed through the press, to leave the broth - it will be the basis for jelly (if the broth is less than 4 glasses, pour the boiling water).
Take a deep pan, cover it with cling film.
Put the first layer of cubes sliced potatoes, then put the onions, spread with mayonnaise, then cucumber diced chicken, diced eggs, mayonnaise, remove the salad in the cold.
The broth from the chicken to drain, pour gelatin, heat, until it is completely dissolved, stirring constantly and not boiling, pour the mixture into a deep tray or on the bottom of the pan - height of the fluid layer should not be more than 1.5 cm, put into the cold.
Gel to get, to put a receptacle under the hot water for a couple of seconds, then put the jelly gently on a flat Board, cut into cubes 1-1,5 cm
Salad flip gently on a flat dish, remove the foil, coat with mayonnaise.
Put the jelly on the salad from all sides.
