Jelly Christmas Special"

25 g gelatin

4-5 olives or olive

1 glass boiled cold water

1 chicken breast

1 egg

1 sweet peppers

? fresh cucumber

2 tbsp. canned corn

For two hours on low heat to boil chicken broth, let it cool down and remove the bones from the fillets, strain the broth.

Soak gelatin in 200 ml of cold boiled water, after soaking, bring to boil, remove from the stove, pour 500 ml of broth, salt.

Finely chop chicken strips, combine with chopped egg, cucumber, sweet peppers, herbs, olives and corn, stir, put in a vase or form.

Pour all gelatinous broth to clean for 3 hours in the cold.

Before serving Christmas buffet put jelly Christmas "Special" on a flat dish, place the greens and decorate to taste.
