40 ml vodka
8 g gelatin
6 large shrimp
1 avocado

In the cooled boiled water to soak gelatin, fruit juice drain, half heat up almost to a boil, pour the gelatin (its pre-squeeze), then pour the rest of the juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil, vodka, salt, stir and pour the finished jelly into glasses, putting them in rosemary, put into the cold to freezing.
With shrimp carefully remove the shells and fry them on the remaining oil with coriander, garlic, ginger and cardamom, then you need to drain the oil, fry the shrimp in it, then let them cool on a paper towel.
Put one shrimp in each glass jelly, fasten skewers, add a slice of avocado and olives.
