Jelly lemon for children under 3 years
100 g lemon
200 ml water
30 g sugar
5 g gelatin
Prepare jelly for children:
Pour sugar into already boiling water, then there is sliced into strips lemon zest. Cook for about 3 minutes. Add the soaked gelatine and stir until it dissolves. Pour squeezed lemon juice, filtered and poured into special molds. Refrigerated.
Output: 300 g
