Potato cakes-cupcakes with cabbage
50 g butter

4 potatoes medium
1 glass wheat flour

For the filling:
400 g cabbage
70 g butter
1 egg
salt
Wash and boil the potatoes in their skins, then peel, using Tolkuchka or blender to blend, combine the butter, egg, flour, sugar, salt, knead the dough, roll it into a ball, wrap film, the hours put into the cold.
Finely chop the cabbage, pan with butter to warm up, put in the cabbage, put 20 minutes, salt.
Whisk, beat the egg, add the cabbage, stir, put 5 min, allow to cool.
Divide the dough into 12 pieces, roll out each, put in shape for cupcakes-muffins, in the center put 2 tbsp. of the filling or a little less, wrap, flatten the edges of the dough.
Cook potato cakes-cupcakes with cabbage for about half an hour in a preheated 180 degree oven.
