The pie with fish and cabbage
600 g dough
500 g cabbage
500 g fillet of haddock, cod or hake
100 g butter

3 boiled eggs
1 raw egg
2 tbsp. chopped dill

Fish slice, pepper and salt, fry for part of the butter until Golden brown.
Shred cabbage, add salt and grind her hands, to leave that stood out the juice, squeeze it, then fry the cabbage for the rest of the butter and let it cool down.
Finely chop boiled eggs, combine the cabbage, add the herbs, pepper and salt.
Roll out the dough layer and place on a lined with baking parchment.
Put in the center of the dough half of the cabbage mixture, then a layer of fish, and the rest of the cabbage.
To connect edges of the dough over the filling, sumipntg, giving the product the shape of the oval, draw a pie cut out of the remaining dough figurines, leave the pie in a warm place for 20 minutes
Egg whip, grease pie, make on its surface punctures.
Baked pie with fish and cabbage at a temperature of 220 degrees for half an hour.
