Envelopes zucchini
Today I will share with you another recipe, how to cook zucchini. If you look at the recipe closely, there is nothing unusual, used all the same products that we commonly use. Here the interest is the method of presentation of meals. We zucchini wrap the envelope, and the filling inside is not visible, than the dish will generate interest for tasting. In this form, this appetizer will well decorate the holiday table, and suitable for the reception. With this technology it is possible to prepare not only zucchini, and eggplant. And as you might guess for the filling you can use any products you prefer.
Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 2 PCs
- Cream cheese - 1 PCs
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Coriander
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Mayonnaise
Method of preparation:
The wash zucchini, cut off the butt and cut them along the "tabs" width of not more than 1 cm, and preferably 7-8 mm.
In a pan, pour vegetable oil, heat and send to fried zucchini. Season them with salt and fry on both sides until Golden in color.
While zucchini bake, prepare the filling. This cream cheese will panem fork, garlic peel and squeeze through the press, cilantro swill and finely chop. All products are put in the same bowl, add the mayonnaise and knead well.
Fried "tabs" zucchini spread on a plate crosswise, and in the centre put a portion of filling.
Wrap zucchini envelope, since the lower the tongue raised and put one over the other, and then the top.
Serve the rolls and garnish with coriander.
