2,6 kg cabbage

2 kg apples

1,2 l water

200 g sugar

75 g salt

25 g vinegar

spices ( Bank 1: 3-4 pea allspice, 1 cinnamon stick, 2-3 cloves Bud)

Chop the cabbage into strips with thickness of half a centimeter, blanch for a minute, drain in a sieve, then cool under running water.

Cut the apples slices, blanch for 2-3 minutes in water with addition of 20 g of citric acid (1 l of water).

Prepare marinade: water, bring to boil, add sugar and salt, 10-15 minutes to cook, strain, again, bring to boil, pour in the vinegar.

Next canning cabbage and apples is done as follows: in each jar put 3-4 peppercorns, cinnamon stick, 2-3 cloves Bud, then layers put apples and blanshirovannuyu cabbage, then all poured boiling marinade.

To canning successful, banks must hermetically sealed to turn upside down and allow them to cool.
