Cabbage with sweet peppers and apples
2 kg cabbage
500 g apples
500 g sweet pepper
500 g petiolar celery
200 g beet
Pepper to prepare, together with seeds cut, as with seeds sliced apples, cut into pieces cleaned beets, sliced 1-2 cm long cut celery.
Shred the cabbage into strips, connect with other vegetables and mix.
Prepare marinade: 1 liter of water and 100 g sugar 15 g salt, bring to the boil.
