The vegetables in oil
1,25 kg cabbage
700 g onions
700 g pepper
300 ml vegetable oil
2 kg tomatoes
70 g salt
All vegetables are washed, let them dry, then finely chop, stir and put on a half-liter of sterilized banks, pour into each jar 30 ml oil and salt vegetables.
Cover the jars with lids, then sterilize in boiling water for 25 min and roll.
To keep the vegetables under the oil better in a cool place.
