Vegetables, baked aubergine
2 eggplant
2 carrots
1 large pod of sweet pepper
2 tomato
1 egg yolk
2-3 tbsp. crushed crackers

1. Eggplant wash, wipe with a cloth. Cut with eggplant 1/3 part (along the length) and cut out the pulp, leaving a wall thickness of 1 see, you'll Have a boat. Salt and pepper the inside of them.
