Cucumber and mushroom appetizer "green meadow"

100 g ham

100 g hard cheese

2 boiled eggs

1 clove of garlic

1 large cucumber

3-4 Art. l. mayonnaise

On a fine grater rub the eggs and cheese, ham, cut into small cubes, combine all with through garlic press, add mayonnaise and mix.

Roll of cooked mass small balls the size of a walnut.

Cut the cucumber cups, put on each circle cucumber on the ball, lay on top of the mushroom caps.
