1.5 kg fat
200 g salt
1 l water
red pepper
garlic

This recipe is simple salting fat, but what happens in the end, like many. Cooked this recipe for a long time stored fat, it can bring to the table in all situations.
Better not take a very thick piece of bacon or sticks, measuring about 4 * 5 * 15 cm.
In a liter of water to dissolve the salt, add the onion peel and bring to a boil, lower the fat into the boiling brine, it should simmer about 5-7 minutes, remove from heat, then the fat should be left in brine for 12-15 hours.
Then remove the fat from the brine, wet it, chop the garlic, rub them with lard with red pepper. Need to store fat in the freezer.
