For lovers of salty fish there is nothing tastier than a piece of salted, fragrant salmon. Personally, I am well do without meat for a very long time, but no fish - no way. Apparently, I did not become a vegetarian ever. I love to fish and almost all seafood.
Salting fish recipes I have tried a decent amount. In one I did not ustaivayte degree of salinity in another too spicy was the third m nothing like it. Ingredients:
