Shawarma "delicious" with a special sauce
500 g lean pork
300 g carrot "in Korean"
100 g fat
6-8 sheets of lavash
2-3 fresh tomatoes
2-3 fresh cucumber

For pickled onions:

1 glass boiling water
1 Art. l. vinegar
1 Art. l. sugar with slide
1 Art. l. salt without slides
For the sauce:
250 g vegetable oil
3 egg yolks
1 bunch of dill

1 Art. l. olive oil
? Art. l. salt
yogurt (to dilute the sauce)
some yogurt to choose? we'll show
1 garlic (to taste, at least the head)
ground black pepper
For the sauce clean head of garlic, along with the remaining ingredients (except butter and yogurt) to put in a blender and chop to desired consistency, which should get mushy. Gradually trickle in divided doses pour vegetable oil. Kefir pour after diluting to consistence weight as mayonnaise.
