Eggs in Japanese sauce-horseradish
3-4 cooked hard-boiled eggs
1 tomato
3/4 Cup mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
2 tbsp. horseradish grated
greens
Eggs, boiled hard-boiled, peeled, cut popek in half.
Take a salad bowl with a flat bottom, pour mixed with grated horseradish mayonnaise.
Put in a salad bowl egg slices up.
Sprinkle eggs with Japanese sauce-horseradish chopped greens, garnish with wedges of tomato.
