250 g flour

2 red onions

125 g canned corn

12 black olives

2 garlic cloves

1/2 tsp. lemon juice

200 g grated Parmesan cheese

Sift flour in bowl, make a middle recess and crumble down the yeast. Add sugar and 50 ml of warm water, add a little flour from the edges and mix. Leave on for 15 minutes. Add 75 ml of water, salt and 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Knead the dough, cover and leave for 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll each in the form of a circle. Mix the tomato paste with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and spread with a mixture of dough. Cover with slices of salami and ham. Mushrooms cut into slices and put on top. Tomatoes and onions cut into slices and cover the mushrooms. Drain the corn and put it on the dough together with olives. Peel the garlic, put through a press and mix with 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Drizzle the pizza with the mixture, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
