3 l water

1 kg red currant

1 glass sugar

1-2 stem mint

Rinse and prepare berry, knead, rub through a sieve - separate the scrap obtained from the juice.

Pour scrap obtained boiled hot water, add the mint and cook over medium heat for 7 minutes, add sugar, stir, turn off the heat, cover and leave for 15 minutes.

Pour in the broth juice of berries and mix.

Serve with mint juice and red currant cold.
