Salad of tomatoes and cucumbers

What you need:

6 pcs. tomatoes

4 pcs. cucumbers

1 pcs. onion

2 Art. l. vegetable fat

1 h. l. vinegar of 3%

1 Art. l. grated horseradish root

1 garlic - clove

salt, ground black pepper to taste

Dish salad grate garlic. Tomatoes and cucumbers cut into thin slices and alternately stacked layers.

Each layer pour finely chopped onion and pour the sauce.

For the sauce, beat the butter with vinegar, pepper and salt.
