The Christmas salad with French fries and herring "Bugs in the snow"

400 g French fries

4 boiled eggs

2 herring fillet

1 onions

1 cucumber

5 tbsp. natural yogurt

5 tbsp. mayonnaise

1 tsp. vinegar

1 tsp. sugar

? tsp. dried Basil

French fries fry in deep fat, drain excess fat, boil eggs.

Cut into strips herring fillets boneless and cucumber with a thin rind.

Peel the onion, cut into half rings, combine the Basil, vinegar and sugar, put it all in a package for sandwiches or plain cellophane bag, tie, marinate for 3 min in the microwave, allow to cool.

Mix yogurt and mayonnaise.
