French onion pie with herring
Dough:
225 g wheat flour

50 g margarine
2 tuber boiled potatoes
1 tbsp. cold water
Stuffing:
300 g milk
225 g grated hard cheese
100 g fillet the sardines or herring
8 olives or black olives, pitted
3 eggs
3 onions
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
black pepper
Cayenne pepper
salt
Clean the potatoes and combine it with margarine and flour, knead the dough crumbs, add water, knead the dough quickly, remove it in the cold for an hour.
Chop onion rings, passionate it in butter, stirring constantly, without changing color.
Roll out the dough seam, put in shape, oiled, prick in several places, put into the refrigerator for 15 minutes, then bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes
The eggs together with milk, cheese, whisking, add the onion, pepper and salt, put the filling on the cake for the cake.
