Cake "Zephyr"

1 kg Zephyr

200 g butter

100 g nuts

3 glass milk

2 eggs

3 tbsp. sugar

In a saucepan, whisk 2 eggs, put in a water bath.

Milk a bit of heat, add sugar, stir, then pour in the eggs, then mix until thick in a water bath.

Butter whisking, add to mixture, stir until smooth.

Each marshmallow cut in half lengthwise, put marshmallows layers, lubricating cooked with cream and sprinkle with nuts.

Before serving the cake "Zephyr" clean for a day in the cold.
