Cake "ministerial"
Ingredients:
1.5 glass sour cream
1/4 h. l. baking soda
1 Art. l. sugar
180 ml milk

400 g butter
500 g Pine nuts peeled
almonds and walnuts for decoration
Soda Stir in sour cream, add the sugar and, stirring constantly, enter the sifted flour. Knead the dough smooth consistency, roll out some thin cakes. Bake cakes in preheated oven at 200 � C and finely broken.
Egg whisk, gradually add 1/2 cup sugar, add the milk and heat in a water bath until thick, stirring occasionally. Refrigerate.
Whisk butter with the remaining sugar, connect with the egg-milk mixture, add 400 grams of nuts and stir, adding parts broken cakes.
Sformuyte cake in the form of slides, sprinkle with remaining nuts on top, place in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours.
