Cake "Eugene"
Ingredients:
1 kg Zephyr
500 g nuts forest
100 g sugar biscuit
1 glass sugar
1 glass milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
200 g butter
100 g chocolate
2 PCs egg
1 vanilla - pinch
Zephyr divide in half, cut the rounded tops. Nuts grind.
Cream eggs, puree with sugar, cover with milk and cook in a water bath until the mixture thickens. Cool and spread with butter, add vanilla.
Form cover with parchment paper, put the marshmallow layer, then apply the cream, place a layer of biscuits, again cream and marshmallows. Cover the cake with cream, brush with melted chocolate, sprinkle with chopped nuts and refrigerate for 1 hour.
