400 g pork
6 cucumbers
2 carrots
1 head onions
1 zucchini
1 Bay leaf
black pepper
salt
Cut with meat fat, divide it in half for 2 servings, RUB pepper.
Clean, rinse, cut the onion into the meat grinder, or chop it into a puree using a food processor.
Cucumbers, carrots and zucchini cut into circles.
Not to take too deep pot, put in it a layer of half of the cucumber, carrots, meat, onions, zucchini, remaining cucumbers.
