Soup with zucchini
Zucchini has a lot of vitamins and minerals. It is recommended to use anyone who cares about their health. It is especially useful for children, pregnant women, allergies, diabetics and people who want to lose weight. Therefore, it can be called "family" vegetable.
Ingredients:
- In 2 liters of water:
- Potatoes - 2 PCs
- Carrots - 1 PC
- Zucchini - 200 gr
- Onion - 1 PC
- Tomatoes - 1-2 PCs
- Bell pepper-1 piece
- Fig - 1-1,5 tbsp.
- 150 gr smoked bacon or other smoked meat
- Herbs, spices, salt to taste
Method of preparation:
While the water boils, cut all the cubes. Carrots, zucchini cut into small cubes, potatoes, peppers, tomatoes and larger.
Then in a frying pan with sunflower oil lightly fry the diced meat. Add carrots and simmer 5 minutes.
