Soup zucchini
Components:
0,5 l vegetable broth
2 bulbs
1 kg zucchini
1 tbsp. butter
0,5 SCR sour cream
pepper, salt, herbs
Dice the onion and zucchini. Melt oil in a frying pan with a thick bottom and fry onion until transparent, then add the zucchini, add the broth and bring to a boil and cook for 30 minutes, Remove the soup from the heat to cool slightly and blend in a blender, add pepper, salt, add sour cream and once warm, not boiling. To serve, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
