Ring sand with nuts
350 g flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
200 g oil
130 g powdered sugar/sugar
65 g nuts
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 packets of vanilla sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
All ingredients, except flour, egg yolks and nuts, put them in a bowl, mix 5 min to dissolve the sugar.
Add the flour, quickly knead the dough, chill it in the refrigerator.
On a floured work surface roll out the dough into the reservoir 6-7 mm thick.
A great way to cut circles in the center to make a hole of 2 cm in diameter.
Put the circles on a baking sheet and put it in 20 minutes in the freezer.
Chopped nuts to roast in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Lubricate the rings of dough with egg yolk, sprinkle with nuts.
Bake the sand ring with nuts 12 minutes at 200 degrees, not Browning.
